EE Trustmark Certification

AJ Scooters has been EE Trustmark since 2025. The EE Trustmark certification ensures secure online shopping. As a customer at AJ Scooters, you are guaranteed that we comply with EE Trustmark guidelines. If we publish incorrect information on our website, in order confirmations, invoices, etc., you are assured that you will be treated according to the EE Trustmark guidelines and applicable law. Additionally, you are covered by the EE Trustmark buyer protection of up to DKK 10,000 per transaction and have free access to the EE Trustmark Consumer Hotline.

Ordering

All prices are stated inclusive of 25% VAT unless otherwise specified. All previous prices are indicative list prices, competitor prices, or AJ Scooters' previous prices. Prices are daily rates. In the event of delays, backorders, or out-of-stock items, we strive to inform you as soon as possible about the situation and potential solutions.

Price Errors

If a price is obviously incorrect and you should reasonably have noticed this, we are not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price.

At ajscooters.dk, you can only order products via our website. If you have inquiries about products not listed on the site, feel free to contact us. Products can also be ordered by phone or by scheduling a visit to our showroom in Hedensted.

If you have created an account, you can log in to view content and order status for all previous orders. If you have not created an account, your agreement is based on the order confirmation you received via email.

All agreements made through ajscooters.dk are conducted in Danish.

Discount Codes

Discount codes apply only to products that are not already discounted and do not apply to gift cards.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with AJ Scooters.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. You can do so by sending an email to info@ajscooters.dk or by using the standard withdrawal form.

Simply refusing to accept the product does not constitute exercising your right of withdrawal unless you also notify us.

Partial Withdrawal

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you can return one or more items even if they were purchased in the same order.

Note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you withdraw from part of your purchase.

Returns

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, and you bear the risk if the item is damaged during transport.

We only accept packages sent directly to our address. If you send a package to a parcel shop, we will charge a fee of DKK 100.

You can also withdraw from the purchase by notifying us and personally delivering the product to our address by prior arrangement.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, follow this procedure:

1. Return the item you want to exchange. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund.
2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has depreciated in value due to use beyond what was necessary to assess its nature, properties, and function, we will deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard shipping), within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item unless you provide proof of return shipment.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

You cannot withdraw from the following agreements:

• Events scheduled for a specific date.
• Custom-made or personalized products if production has commenced with your prior consent.

Complaints and Warranty

When you shop with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies, granting you a 24-month warranty.

If your complaint is valid, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the specific case. You must submit your complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Complaints made within two months of discovering the issue will always be considered timely.

Complaint Procedure

Most complaints can be handled without sending in the product. Send an email with photos/videos of the defect and a description of the issue.

If required, you may need to return the product with a detailed explanation of the problem.

If your complaint is valid, we will refund reasonable shipping costs. The item must always be returned in secure packaging, and you should keep proof of shipment to ensure a refund for shipping costs.

Shipping and Delivery

The expected delivery time is 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. For Bornholm, delivery may take 2-3 business days.

We strive to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Please note that orders are shipped only when all items are in stock.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number shortly after dispatch.

Payment

At ajscooters.dk, we accept:

• Dankort
• MobilePay
• ViaBill
• VISA & VISA Electron
• Mastercard
• Maestro
• Bank transfer

If you pay by bank transfer, you are not protected under the chargeback scheme.

No card fees apply to EU-issued cards. A 2.95% fee applies to business and non-EU cards.

The payment is only deducted when the order is shipped.

Privacy Policy

We require the following information when you shop with us:

• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address

We only store and process the necessary personal data required for order fulfillment and retain data for five years before deletion.

We collaborate with third-party companies that process data solely on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
