When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the Track-and-Trace information of your parcel.

Right of Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

Should you regret your purchase, any product can be returned within 14 days. The right of withdrawal is expiring after 14 days after receiving the parcel. At the same time you have to inform us about the withdrawal via email, write to You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send this along with the return. If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, it is not sufficient to just reject the acceptance of the order without notifying us about the withdrawal.


According to consumer law, returning an order for any reason and without justification is possible for you as a customer within 14 days. As a standard, you have to pay yourself for the return shipping costs. From the point of the delivery, you are responsible for the condition of the goods. The returned products must be in the same condition and quantity as they were when you received them.

Always remember to enclose your order confirmation when returning ordered items. Note that the product’s condition is your responsibility from the time of delivery until it is returned to us. Therefore, make sure to securely wrap the items you wish to return. Send your returned items to:

International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. These costs are NOT included in the shipping costs you pay when you place your order with us. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. AJ Scooters cannot provide information about these fees. Please contact your customs office for detailed information.

If you refuse a package at customs, customs will either destroy it or send it back to us (we have no control over this). If they destroy it, you will not be entitled to a refund. If they send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if the product is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product shipped back to us.
