Native has optimized everything from the thickness of the downtube to the thickness of the vertical walls where the wheel axle passes through. The downtube-to-deck setup was chosen after 10 different combinations, all tested by many riders. Native has retained the flat sides and the flat of the deck. The deck's concave shape is enlarged for improved grip. Additionally, the brake has been replaced with a Native Omni fender, ensuring your feet do not end up in the rear wheel. The Omni fender fits all wheel sizes. With the unique attachment system, you can adjust the Omni fender as tight to the wheel as you want to optimize footspace. If you want even more footspace, you can ride without the fender, as a large part of the Native team does. You can remove the fender without affecting the Advent deck's spacer system. The integrated "deck ends" can be replaced. With Loc-Fast deck ends, you only need a 6 mm Allen key to tighten and loosen the wheel bolt. The Advent V2 deck is the only deck on the market that can accommodate all wheel sizes (diameters and widths). It comes with three sets of spacers. ### WHEEL SETUP You should always have the smallest spacers between the deck and the fender. If you are using 24mm wide wheels, you should use both the narrow and wide spacer on both sides of the wheel. If you are using 30mm wheels, you should only use the narrow spacer on each side of the wheel. Note that there should also be a spacer on the outside of the deck between the deck and the dropout inserts.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the Track-and-Trace information of your parcel.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS  

Should you regret your purchase, any product can be returned within 14 days. The right of withdrawal is expiring after 14 days after receiving the parcel. At the same time you have to inform us about the withdrawal via email, write to info@ajscooters.dk. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send this along with the return. If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, it is not sufficient to just reject the acceptance of the order without notifying us about the withdrawal.

CANCELLATION PART OF THE PURCHASE

If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order. 

Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.

RETURNING THE GOODS

When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us. You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport. 

NO RIGHT TO CANCELLATION

The following agreements cannot be cancelled: Events where a date has been set in advance.

THE STATE OF THE ARICLE WHEN YOU RETURN IT

If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded. 

We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE SUM

If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

CUSTOMS CHARGES, IMPORT FEES AND TARIFFS

International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. These costs are NOT included in the shipping costs you pay when you place your order with us. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

AJ Scooters cannot provide information about these fees. Please contact your customs office for detailed information. If you refuse a package at customs, customs will either destroy it or send it back to us (we have no control over this). If they destroy it, you will not be entitled to a refund. If they send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if the product is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product shipped back to us.
