The EE Trustmark certification ensures secure online shopping. As a customer at AJ Scooters, you are guaranteed that we comply with EE Trustmark guidelines. If we publish incorrect information on our website, in order confirmations, invoices, etc., you are assured that you will be treated according to the EE Trustmark guidelines and applicable law. Additionally, you are covered by the EE Trustmark buyer protection of up to EUR 1340 per transaction and have free access to the EE Trustmark Consumer Hotline. All prices are stated as a starting point including VAT. All pre-prizes are indicative list prices, competitor prices or AJ Scooter's own pre-prizes. Prices are daily prices. In the event of delays, restraining orders or sold out items, we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about it. If a price is obviously incorrect and you should reasonably have noticed this, we are not obliged to sell the product at the incorrect price. At ajscooters.dk, you can only order products via our website. If you have inquiries about products not listed on the site, feel free to contact us. Products can also be ordered by phone or by scheduling a visit to our showroom in Hedensted. If you have created an account, you can log in to view content and order status for all previous orders. If you have not created an account, your agreement is based on the order confirmation you received via email. All agreements made through ajscooters.com are conducted in English. When using discount codes, the discount applies only to items where the price has not been reduced in advance and gift cards. At ajscooters.dk, we accept: No card fees apply to EU-issued cards. A 2.95% fee applies to business and non-EU cards. The payment is only deducted when the order is shipped. Reservation of amount. If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until: 1. we deduct the amount when we send the item, or 2. the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer. You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer. When you shop with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies, granting you a 24-month warranty. If your complaint is valid, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the specific case. You must submit your complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Complaints made within two months of discovering the issue will always be considered timely. Most complaints can be handled without sending in the product. Send an email with photos/videos of the defect and a description of the issue. If required, you may need to return the product with a detailed explanation of the problem. If your complaint is valid, we will refund reasonable shipping costs. The item must always be returned in secure packaging, and you should keep proof of shipment to ensure a refund for shipping costs. If the goods you want to complain about are clothes or shoes the value must be at least 720 DKK. A fee will be charged. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with AJ Scooters.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. You can do so by sending an email to info@ajscooters.dk or by using the standard withdrawal form.
Simply refusing to accept the product does not constitute exercising your right of withdrawal unless you also notify us.
Partial Withdrawal
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you can return one or more items even if they were purchased in the same order.
Note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you withdraw from part of your purchase.
Returns
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, and you bear the risk if the item is damaged during transport.
We only accept packages sent directly to our address. If you send a package to a parcel shop, we will charge a fee of EUR 20.
You can also withdraw from the purchase by notifying us and personally delivering the product to our address by prior arrangement.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, follow this procedure:
- Return the item you want to exchange. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has depreciated in value due to use beyond what was necessary to assess its nature, properties, and function, we will deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard shipping), within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item unless you provide proof of return shipment.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
You cannot withdraw from the following agreements:
- Events scheduled for a specific date.
- Custom-made or personalized products if production has commenced with your prior consent.
CUSTOMS CHARGES, IMPORT FEES AND TARIFFS
International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. These costs are NOT included in the shipping costs you pay when you place your order with us. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
AJ Scooters cannot provide information about these fees. Please contact your customs office for detailed information. If you refuse a package at customs, customs will either destroy it or send it back to us (we have no control over this). If they destroy it, you will not be entitled to a refund. If they send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if the product is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product shipped back to us.

Shipping and Delivery
The expected delivery time is 2-6 business days unless otherwise stated.
We use PostNord as our shipping provider, and our shipping prices start from 6 EUR, depending on the destination and package size.
We strive to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Please note that orders are shipped only when all items are in stock.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number shortly after dispatch.

No fees are charged for credit cards. However we a charge fees using types of card issued outside the EU and company cards.
The amount will not be drawn from your card account until the goods are dispatched.
If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website.
If you pay by bank transfer, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object.

We only store and process the necessary personal data required for order fulfillment and retain data for five years before deletion.
We collaborate with third-party companies that process data solely on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
