ORDER

All prices are stated as a starting point including VAT. All pre-prizes are indicative list prices, competitor prices or AJ Scooter's own pre-prizes. Prices are daily prices. In the event of delays, restraining orders or sold out items, we will endeavor to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about it.

PRICE ERRORS

If a price is obviously wrong, and you should have discovered it, we are not required to provide the product at the wrong price.

At ajscooters.com you can only order goods through our website. If you have any queries for items that are not on the site, please feel free to contact us.

If you have created an account, you can log in and view the content and order status of all previous orders. If you did not create an account, the agreement will appear on the order confirmation you received via email.

When you trade with ajscooters.com you enter into agreements in English.

DISCOUNT CODES

When using discount codes, the discount applies only to items where the price has not been reduced in advance and gift cards.

PAYMENT

On ajscooters.com you can pay with:

  • VISA & VISA Elektro
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro
  • Bank transfer

No fees are charged for credit cards. However we a charge fees using types of card issued outside the EU and company cards.

The amount will not be drawn from your card account until the goods are dispatched. 

If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website. 

If you pay by bank transfer, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object.

If as a consumer you want to complain about your purchase, please contact info@ajscooters.dk If you do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to the Centre for dealing with complaints at:
