Tilt Formula Selects is a high-performance deck for stunt scooters, made of lightweight and durable 6061-T6 aluminum. Get ready to hit the streets with this box-cut deck, providing more foot space and stable grinds - without the need for pegs on your setup. This deck from Tilt is compatible with wheels ranging from 110mm to 120mm in diameter. Additionally, you get everything you need to mount wheels with wider 30mm hubs on this deck. It comes in various lengths - make sure to choose the one that best suits your size and needs. - If you're looking for a deck to perform a variety of tricks with ample space for comfortable landings, a 20", 21", or 22" deck is an excellent choice. - Opt for a longer deck at 22.8" and 23" if you're tall and prefer street riding. A wide 5" or 5.5" deck provides ample foot space, making it easier to land your street tricks. If you're aiming to hit a lot of rails and have perfect landings, then the 6", 6.5", or 7" wide deck is a great choice. We use PostNord as our shipping provider, and our shipping prices start from 6 EUR, depending on the destination and package size.

We strive to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Please note that orders are shipped only when all items are in stock.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with AJ Scooters.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. You can do so by sending an email to info@ajscooters.dk or by using the standard withdrawal form.

Simply refusing to accept the product does not constitute exercising your right of withdrawal unless you also notify us.

Partial Withdrawal

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you can return one or more items even if they were purchased in the same order.

Note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you withdraw from part of your purchase.

Returns

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, and you bear the risk if the item is damaged during transport.

We only accept packages sent directly to our address. If you send a package to a parcel shop, we will charge a fee of EUR 20.

You can also withdraw from the purchase by notifying us and personally delivering the product to our address by prior arrangement.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, follow this procedure:

  1. Return the item you want to exchange. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has depreciated in value due to use beyond what was necessary to assess its nature, properties, and function, we will deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard shipping), within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item unless you provide proof of return shipment.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

You cannot withdraw from the following agreements:

  • Events scheduled for a specific date.
  • Custom-made or personalized products if production has commenced with your prior consent.

CUSTOMS CHARGES, IMPORT FEES AND TARIFFS

International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc. These costs are NOT included in the shipping costs you pay when you place your order with us. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

AJ Scooters cannot provide information about these fees. Please contact your customs office for detailed information. If you refuse a package at customs, customs will either destroy it or send it back to us (we have no control over this). If they destroy it, you will not be entitled to a refund. If they send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if the product is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product shipped back to us.

No fees are charged for credit cards. However we a charge fees using types of card issued outside the EU and company cards.

The amount will not be drawn from your card account until the goods are dispatched.

If you pay by bank transfer, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object.
